This past weekend Three of our students, Collin R, Grace R, and Autumn R competed against other Walworth County Schools in the Culinary Showdown.
What is the Culinary Showdown?
Your culinary students (3) will be paired with and mentored by a local professional chef (Chef Niko- Lake Lawn Lodge) to compete against other Walworth County pro/am (chef/student) teams.
They did amazing with their "Walking Weiner" and "One Herd Slider" (made from Elk Meat).

Due to the weather forecast for tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21, 2025, school and all school activities will be called off.
The National Weather Service predicts very cold wind chills as low as 33 below zero. The dangerously cold wind chill could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Classes will resume Wednesday.

SAVE THE DATE: The Annual Elkhorn Autism Support Team (EAST) Chili & Soup Cook-Off is Thursday, February 6, from 5-7 p.m. at Elkhorn Area Middle School.
