Athletic registration is in addition to the Skyward Returning Student registration process. Athletic registration must be completed before beginning any sport, which includes practice.

Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Athletics office before the student is authorized to participate in evaluations and or practice. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals must be completed and turned in before the sport start date.

Per the WIAA, physicals are valid for 2 YEARS from the date of the last exam.
ALL PHYSICAL MUST BE DATED 4/1/2023 OR LATER

• Physicals after 4/1/2023 are good until 8/1/2025

• Physicals after 4/1/2024 are good until 8/1/2026

Physical forms may be uploaded during annual Returning Student Registration or submitted to the High School Office before the start of any sport.

$45 Sport Participation Fee
Fees should be paid online through Family Access or in person before the start of the sports season or when registering the student for school.

Student Accident Insurance
EASD purchased a group insurance policy that provides benefits for accidental bodily injury incurred while a student is practicing for or competing in interscholastic athletics, which are exclusively sponsored and supervised by the school. Learn More
