Due to the Extreme Cold Warning in effect during school hours, all Elkhorn Area School District schools will be closed on Friday, January 23.

At this time, the Extreme Cold Warning is scheduled to expire at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As such, after-school and evening activities will be permitted, as determined by individual clubs, coaches, and advisors. High School basketball games have already been rescheduled to future dates and times. The middle school musical Finding Nemo will take place on Friday and Saturday night as scheduled.

✏️High School Summer School registration for students entering 9th-12th grade in the 2026-27 school year is now open!

Registration is handled through Family Access from January 9 to January 22, 2026, using a lottery system rather than a first-come, first-served approach. Confirmation of enrollment will be available on January 26, 2026. All offered summer school classes are also available during the school year.
