Senior Class Meeting - October 17th 

Graduation information will be handed out during homeroom along with a presentation from the Jostens rep on October 17th. Orders are encouraged to be made online; however, a representative will be at the high school from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Parent Teacher Conferences on October 21, 2024 to answer any questions and pick up order forms and payment. Any and all graduation ordering questions need to be addressed with the Jostens company.

ePortfolio Night

Wednesday, April 30th

Graduating seniors will present their ePortfolio to staff and invited guests at ePortfolio Presentation Night on April 30th, 2025. This end-of-high school Senior event has become a special tradition that students, staff, and families look forward to.

Seniors Last Day

Wednesday, May 21, 2025

Chromebook/School Property Check-in

This is the last day of classes for graduating Seniors. Make sure all work is done for teachers, all fines are paid, all electronics are returned, and all detentions are served before this date. Students must meet all graduation requirements in order to walk at the commencement ceremony.

Senior Awards Night

Wednesday, May 14, 2025

This will be held in the EAHS Auditorium beginning at 7 pm . Seniors, their family, and their friends are invited to attend. Seniors will be notified beforehand by Mrs. Brockmann by email if they will be receiving an award.

Honors Night Practice

Wednesday, May 28, 2025

Honors Night Practice will be held in the EAHS Auditorium beginning at 8:30 am.
Seniors who must attend Honors Night Practice will be notified by the Pupil Services Department. 

Honors Night

Wednesday, May 28, 2025

Honors Night will be held in the EAHS Auditorium at 7:00 pm.  Seniors are to report to the hallway in front of the Swimming Pool Locker Rooms before 6:30 pm to check in and line up.

Please note:

  • All Seniors receiving an award at Honors Night, such as a scholarship or an honor cord, MUST 

      attend Honors Night Practice and Honors Night on Wednesday, May 28.

  • Seniors who need to attend Honors Night Practice and Honors Night will be notified by 

      email on Tuesday, May 27, by the Student Services Department.

Commencement Practice

Friday, May 30, 2025
Commencement Practice will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the Agility Center (enter through the fitness center doors).

The students giving speeches and singing need to report to the turf field at 8:30 a.m.

Seniors should be lined up in the Agility Center no later than 9:00 a.m. Seniors must plan on staying for the entire practice. This may take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. 

Senior Picnic will follow the practice and will be held at the outdoor concession stand at approximately 11:00 a.m.

Senior Stroll will follow the picnic at approximately 12:00p.m. Those wishing to take part in this must use the buses provided by the District.

Time TBD on the EAHS Turf Field

Rain date is Sunday, June 1, 2025.

DIPLOMAS - Each Senior will be handed their diploma as they walk across the stage on graduation night unless they previously received it at the Options or CCA Ceremony. 

Please note

  • All Seniors planning to walk at the Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 31st, MUST attend the practice in the morning. Anyone missing Commencement Practice will not walk in the ceremony.

  • If a student will be graduating but won’t be able to attend or doesn't wish to participate in the ceremony, please inform Mrs. Brockmann as soon as possible. All graduating Seniors not going through the commencement ceremony may pick up their diplomas from the EAHS Office starting Monday, June 2, during school hours.
