The American Heart Association says Hands-Only CPR is "As effective in the first few minutes as conventional CPR for cardiac arrest at home, at work, or in public."
Learn what Hands-Only CPR is and how to perform it. We will also teach you what an AED (automated external defibrillator) is and how to use it.

Based on tomorrow’s Winter Storm Warning, all EASD schools will be closed and activities canceled on Friday, January 12, 2024.
At this time, the high school facility will open on Saturday at noon for previously scheduled events. This is subject to change depending on the outcome of the storm and our ability to clear the high school lots and sidewalks.
Be safe and enjoy the long weekend.
