Course Description:  This class is designed to improve fitness levels and participate in a variety of lifetime activities. Students will work towards improving fitness levels along with learning activities and fitness concepts that can be participated in throughout the student's lifetime. The first part of each class will be dedicated to fitness improvement, the second part will be spent learning lifetime activities.

Special Notes: Juniors and Seniors are required to take at least one semester of Phy Ed to meet graduation requirements. This course may also be taken as an elective P.E. credit.
