Course Description:
Learn about the unique way foods are processed, prepared and preserved. In addition, students will prepare, consume, and critically evaluate various versions of breads, cheese and other food products. This class will benefit students interested in a career in the food industry, agriculture, and general sciences.
Special Notes: This class is worth .5 credit of an elective science credit.
